Dealfind went to TeamBuy to Ncrowd to Boom Street and I went broke

I purchased with Dealfind.com first off and had no problems with them, then I found out they went bankrupt and were going to be called TeamBuy, and than TeamBuy changed to Ncrowd and I found out that Ncrowd was called Boom Street. I was trying to find out what I could do regarding 3 vouchers I have that had a NO-EXPIRY date on them,I had also purchased a Voucher for World Resorts International worth $1,500.00 and I could not find any company named that after purchasing it, that I believe was thru TeamBuy. We had previousy purchased one in 2012 from Dealfind and had a beautiful vacation in Florida, There were NO PROBLEMS with DEALFIND, we had also purchased a hotel voucher in Halifax thru Dealfind and there was problems at the hotel, when I contacted Dealfind they credited the whole amount back to our credit card, and there was a Cash Balance in an account for me. I originally had NO Problems with Dealfind.com until going bankrupt. I was told the account would be turned over to the next company, but now don't know who in the heck has it..so I lost roughly $700.00 It sucks to be ripped off...and can't do anything about it. I don't hink my mastercard is going to do anything about any of this as it's been too long.

I can't redeem this voucher because the company no longer exists. They are not at the number on the voucher. There was no expiration date so do I get a credit for what I paid for it? I tried to call you at 1-888-**** and they said that number was no longer in existence so I am trying to get in contact with you by this email. Is Dealfind still in business ? I bought a 2 pieces of sexy crochet bathing suit last may 5, 2014. And they told me to wait for the delivery which is 15 days but after 15 days the item still not show up, and i called them to follow up last june 13 and they sent me a email and receive a case number which is the case number: 00703588. And i ask if i can get a tracking number so i can check the status of the item if its on delivery or processing. But they didnt give any tracking number. I wait again for almost 1 month and never received any item, thats the time I file refund last july 24,2014 because i wait for so long for the delivery. I tried to check my bank if my refund is already reflect but My refund still not show up on my bank account until now. Hope you can solve this problem Thank You

I have at least 10 unused vouchers which I cannot even see my account. I had some personal issues so I was unaware of any problems with Dealfind / Teambuy. So have I lost all my money??? I cannot even see my account or Dealfind $$$$. What the ***. Where do I go from here. It's amazing that they are still selling vouchers from different companies. It's a SCAM. I am so upset because I tried to call customer service and no one is answering the phones. People cannot steal money from honest people and get away with it. I hope that these so call owners will be caught and dealt with, but I know that nothing will happen. I guess that all the customers have lost their hard earned cash.

I purchased a Teambuy/Dealfind for $50 worth of clothes at a certain store for $25. The promotional amount expired ($50) but I was suppose to be able to use the paid amount ($25) at the store, the store refused. Teambuy/Dealfind claimes that if a merchant refuses a voucher they will issue you a credit. I emailed Teambuy/Dealfind they said no, when I tried to plead my case I get this response: "Hello, For any other inquiries not pertaining to this order, please visit our Customer Support/FAQ page in order to submit a new support request email. " Basically telling me where to go. Teambuy/Dealfind is a horrible company, but don't take my word for it, Google either of the names and read some of the reviews yourself. Don't get ripped off like I did. I will not let this go, every few months I will resubmit a complaint and go on every review website I can find to warn people away from Dealfind / Teambuy. OR Dealfind can give back my stolen money and they will never hear from me again.

They are restructuring to take the payment for coupons not deliver and never pay their vendors, they are restructuring and supposedly making an offer to their vendors to pay for outstanding payments. My bet it will be pennies to the dollar.

The way teambuy, dealfind, couch commerce behave towards the consumer, vendor and general public is disgusting.

I purchased a pair of $49 Beats by Dre Earbuds on Oct. 1st and to date I have never received them nor an email response. I have since reported this issue to the BBB, and now I can only wait. This company is indeed a scam, and I angry with myself for buying in to it! When I attemtped to call the "customer service" center, I received a generic voice message instructing me to leave a voice message--still no response. I have sent six emails and still no response. So at this point I plan on contacting my back to get the refund process started on my end.

They didn't ship the item and now they say they are under a "legal & financial restructuring process". So they knew about the problem before and NEVER communicated to the customers. Here's the email I got from them: "We did not get a resolution from the merchant. Please be advised that as of Friday, August 29, 2014, however, Couch Commerce Inc., the parent company of TeamBuy.ca/Dealfind.com, has entered into a legal & financial restructuring process. Purchase 4 item, after a month didn't recive anything. Send a mail, got a reply stating no refund. Telling me company changes and they are re financing, bunch BS. Call my credit card company, explain my story that they never send my items. They gave me a credit back. If you don't receive your item call your credit card company. Even PayPal will give you a credit back. You can sell something and don't send the item. Go get your money back. What they are doing is fraud? You sell stuff and don't send it. I can believe they are still in business. They should be shut down

I purchased a voucher that was never to expire. When I went to redeem it, I found out that the place was out of business. I emailed dealfind twice and both times they would not refund my voucher because I bought it more than 240 days ago. If the voucher has not expired and the shop is out of business, I think dealfind should be responsible, as they sold me the voucher. I am feeling like I was scammed. If this is their way of making money, they should be shut down immediately. "BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP AT DEALFIND/TEAMBUY"!!!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased several coupons for restaurants and they have expired. 2 others are out of business. Coupons clearly say that THEY NEVER EXPIRE. Trying to get the original value refunded is a hassle. Complaining to the Manager not possible as it is their policy and the Rep is stubborn and arrogant. Rep says the coupons expire after 270 days!! Coupon say THEY NEVER EXPIRE ? Stay away from these shady outfit as they are crooks. I have the same issue(I lost about $170). Dealfind's partner does not honor voucher anymore although it clearly said in voucher NO EXPIRE DATE, and customer Rep of Dealfind said they can do nothing about it, no refund is possible as it passed 240 days!

Is this the way they make money?

Just took money from their customer by Cheating? You are running a business, you should be responsible and respect your customer, not transfer your business risk to your valued customer and satisfy yourself but not your customer!

Teambuy/Dealfind withholds payment from merchant

We ran a deal on Teambuy/Dealfind for a 60min massage for $29. My representative was Money Rai and Emma Bigelow. They were quick to push me into signing the deal and contacted me regularly to get the deal going. After we agreed and the deal ran it sold very well totalling around 250 purchases. A month after the deal we still had not received our first (of three) paycheque and I called to inquire. They apologized and sent the first amount. It has now been 6 months since then and I have called/emailed their company countless times and spoken to many people. I never speak to anyone of authority and our issue is always "sent to accounting" or "passed along". I have now hired a lawyer and collections agency to remit the remaining funds from them. Hopefully Teambuy/Dealfind will take them more seriously than they have me.

May comes along and still nothing. I sign into deal find to find out it would be shipped in June! I had asked for my money back on that phone call and the little wench said she could not cause the transaction was completed, even thought the order wasn't even shipped to me yet?

I received the bathing suit...BUT it's not even the same one pictured that the model is wearing...it's actually a cheaper version and looks so different then the one pictured. I sent an angry email and they said they will contact the merchant to get it replaced.

I just received it today. It's still the same one they had sent me.

Cheap version. Never ever ordering from deal find again

**I sent this too dealfind.com... I am very unhappy with my DealFind.com purchase. I bought two Soccer Jersey's and I received it this past Saturday and they are VERY POOR quality. The tag's on the back of the shirt's were already worn out on arrival. I could of bought these shirts on eBay from China for $5 each. I was expecting a higher quality since they are estimated at a $49 value per shirt. I feel like I got ripped off! What can be done? I do not want the Jersey's, but there is no return policy; now I know why. Please respond back. **This was the generic response I received back from dealfind.com... Hello Amanda, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately the merchant sold this item as final sale and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on it. I apologize for the inconvenience.
