I purchased a pair of $49 Beats by Dre Earbuds on Oct. 1st and to date I have never received them nor an email response. I have since reported this issue to the BBB, and now I can only wait. Purchase 4 item, after a month didn't recive anything. Send a mail, got a reply stating no refund. Telling me company changes and they are re financing, bunch BS. Call my credit card company, explain my story that they never send my items. They gave me a credit back. If you don't receive your item call your credit card company. Dealfind - Refund still not reflect on my bank account

They didn't ship the item and now they say they are under a "legal & financial restructuring process". So they knew about the problem before and NEVER communicated to the customers. I purchased a Teambuy/Dealfind for $50 worth of clothes at a certain store for $25. The promotional amount expired ($50) but I was suppose to be able to use the paid amount ($25) at the store, the store refused. We ran a deal on Teambuy/Dealfind for a 60min massage for $29. My representative was Money Rai and Emma Bigelow. I purchased a voucher that was never to expire. When I went to redeem it, I found out that the place was out of business. I emailed dealfind twice and both times they would not refund my voucher because I bought it more than 240 days ago. Ordered a bathing suit from them in march- still have not received it. Every time I contact them they keep stating it wi be sent soon, there was a delay in shopping.... Lies. I requested my money back a few times and still have not been refunded over 3 months later!!!! Add comment
